As President and CEO of Springboard Group LLC, Michelle Pierce brings nearly 20 years of experience at the executive level in the Staffing arena with her credentials concentrated on IT and Accounting. Michelle was responsible for heading up large staffing organizations in primary markets. Most recently, in her role as the director of Human Resources for a leading technology company in the heart of the Silicon Valley, Michelle had the opportunity to lead in both international and domestic partnerships that enabled her to build on her strengths as an innovator in process. Michelle has created an environment where her dedication to continuous improvement has won the confidence and loyalty of both candidates and clients, and she endeavors to maintain long-term and successful business relationships.
