It's easy and rewarding. We understand that high-quality employees like you often know other talented people who may wish to work with Springboard Group, LLC. If you do, you can receive a Referral Bonus by doing the following:

  • Refer your friend, neighbor, relative, etc. (who has not worked for us before) to your local Springboard Group LLC. office. Tell your associate to mention your name as a referral during the Springboard Group, LLC. registration.
  • Simply call your local Springboard Group, LLC. Staffing Manager and give your associate's name and phone number to us; we'll take it from there.

If the person you referred works the specified minimum hours with Springboard Group, LLC. (check with your local Springboard Group, LLC. for minimum hour requirements), you'll receive the Referral Bonus.
