Temporary Staffing Services

• Temporary Assignment - Summer, Holiday, Project work, and Temp-to-Hire staffing.
• Flexible Core Staffing - Temporary employees that work on the same assignment at the same company for extended periods of time. Clients use Core Staffing as a way to incorporate temporaries as part of the corporate team, while maintaining flexibility in hiring due to fluctuating staffing levels. This program minimizes costs, administration and morale changes due to fluctuating staffing levels.
• OnBoard - A dedicated "sole source" program designed specifically for one client with a high level of temporary usage. The program is typically administered on-site at the client company location. A dedicated staff is responsible for all job placements, reporting, billing, personnel requests, etc.
• Payroll Services - A client has identified a candidate but does not want to incur the cost of hiring, payroll, benefits, etc. We handle payroll and all related expenses for the client company.

Full Time Staffing Services

• Contingency - Dedicated search for a specific candidate for direct hire. A fee is charged once a candidate is placed on assignment.
• Targeted Specific Search (TSS) - Specialized program for those difficult to fill positions. A position that takes special recruitment efforts due to the technical requirements and/or the lack of available talent in the marketplace. A fee structure is decided at the beginning of a TSS.
