source and qualify candidates for select corporate clientele so the
recruitment effort is not diluted among several companies. We have access
to unique information resources that allow us to identify the names
of people right down to the individual contributor level within targeted
organizations. The research with these companies focuses on specific
departments employing the kinds of people you are looking for. Recruiting
for key employees with both the business savvy and academia needed to
"Springboard" a company to the next several levels of growth is a difficult
and time consuming task. Today there are fewer qualified candidates
that match the required experience along with the right timing for a
candidate to make a change. Our Principal Recruiters work solely on
behalf of select employers and will provide the following:
- Conduct research to identify candidates (organizational
chart)
- Profile identified candidates (tailored by client)
- Check references
- Prepare written summary of the information on the
candidate
- Help in compensation negotiation
- Maintain confidentiality
Statistics show that it takes a minimum of 50 to 60
identified candidates with the skills required to find 1 to 3 candidates
that match. Usually only one of the candidates will prove fruitful.
