Springboard
Group, LLC. will establish a partnership with a client by working closely
to understand the corporate culture and technical skills required to
make quality placements. A Principal Staffing Manager (usually working
from the clients office location) will have a linear focus, servicing
only one client, in fact feeling as if part of the client-company. This
improves the ability to make "the right" hiring match. We then become
a single source provider for all staffing needs. Because we may not
always be able to fill 100% of the job openings, back-up sources are
selected by the client. The back-up services are coordinated by Springboard
Group, LLC. so the client receives service from a single point of contact,
thus reducing time spent on repetitive explanations, descriptions, etc.
Improved quality of flexible staffing and a reduction of costs are guaranteed
results. The OnBoard Program is designed together with our client. It
offers more than 20 features to uniquely meet specific needs. We provide
a greater commitment and loyalty to our clients by offering the program
to ONLY one client per geographic area. Unemployment is the lowest in
